(These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between You as the user “You”, “Your” or “Bidder”) and Transitional Design, subsidiaries, affiliates, and Our commonly owned affiliated companies ( Collectively, “Transitional Design”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). By accessing (“Website”) or by participating in an online auction, You signify your consent to both these Terms & Conditions and the conditions of Transitional Design’s Privacy Policy. Please read the Transitional Design Terms & Conditions carefully. If you pick larger items up on any other days there will not be moving assistance available.
We make every attempt during the scheduled pick-up time to have one mover to assist with loading large items. Please bring your own packing materials and be prepared to pack and load your items. A storage fee may apply for large items if they are held. Items are considered abandoned after five days and no refunds will be given.
We will hold items for five days unless you make specific arrangements with Transitional Design. If you are unable to make the pickup, please call our office at 44 with your credit card information or pay with PayPal. All items must be paid for by the end of the pickup. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR THIS AUCTION: 8% SalesTax will be charged at this location.
